Can I bring my own pets and animals to meowfest?

For the health and safety of our registered celebricat headliners and adoptable shelter cats, the pets and animals of attendees are not permitted to attend meowfest.  As much as we love furry friends, anyone who attempts to enter with an animal will not be granted access to the event.

Do I need to bring cash to meowfest?

meowfest will be packed with ameowzing vendors, food trucks and entertainment!  Though many merchants accept major credit cards, we do advise guests to bring cash.  There are three banks within a five minute walking distance of the venue, keeping in mind that lining up is required for re-entry.  No ATMs will be on site at the event.

What should I wear to meowfest?

There is no specific dress code for this event and we suggest wearing what you feel most comfortable in!  Cat themed attire is encouraged.

Do I need to purchase a General Admission Pass if I am only planning on going to a workshop?

Yes!  A General Admission Pass must be purchased by anyone who wishes to attend meowfest or any of the special events, workshops and meet and greets within meowfest.

How to I get to meowfest?

meowfest will be held at The Yaletown Roundhouse on July 29th, 2018, in downtown Vancouver, BC.  The Roundhouse is located on the former Expo 86 site at the corner of Davie Street & Pacific Blvd.  To view this location on a map, click here.  

Walking: From Granville Street, head east five blocks down Davie Street.
Skytrain: The Yaletown – Roundhouse Canada Line Station is 200 metres from us.
Bus: Buses 6 & C23  stop within feet of the Roundhouse.
Driving: Underground pay parking is available, access off Drake Street (south of Pacific Blvd).  
Current Parking Rates: $3.50 per hour, $15.00 daily.

I'm traveling from out of town.  Where should I stay?

Downtown Vancouver is relatively small and many hotels in Yaletown or on Granville Street are within a 5-15 minute walking distance to the venue, and are all accessible by transit. Alternatively, you can search Expedia or Airbnb to find hosts who may be renting out spaces in the area.
