An exciting a-MEOW-ncement...
meowfest 2018, which was held on July 29th at the Roundhouse Community Centre in Vancouver, brought together over 2,000 cat lovers from around the world and raised over $10,000 for local animal welfare organizations.
British Columbia’s first cat festival may be long over, but in our office headquarters, the post-meowfest buzz is still going strong. Inspired by the overwhelmingly positive response we received from our inaugural year, we’ve been busy dreaming, scheming, and figuring out how we can extend our charitable efforts beyond just our home city.
That’s right, the rumours are true. Get out your best cat garb, Torontonians: we are thrilled to announce that meowfest will be back in 2019—and this time, we’re moving the purrty east!
#meowfest2019 will take place on Saturday, July 6th at Evergreen Brick Works, a cluster of beautifully restored heritage buildings located in the heart of Toronto’s ravine systems. Headliners include Kitten Lady, Nala Cat, and Moshow the Cat Rapper.

We hope to see you in Toronto!
