Mission for meowfest

We want to take a meowment to acknowledge all the feedback you have shared with us over the last two years. Team meowfest has taken your input to heart while keeping our mission and focus in mind. 

For those new to the meowfest purrty, meowfest is a full-day festival dedicated to the celebration of all things feline, where the cat community comes together to connect with each other.

Our mission is to throw a memorable purrty to increase awareness of cat rescue and adoption while raising funds for hardworking feline organizations. 

GOALS FOR MEOWFEST 2023 

  • Donate MORE proceeds to local shelters and organizations. 

  • INCREASE awareness on feline welfare.

  • Throw the MOST memorable cat purrty with free entertainment and activities.

  • Create a fun & safe purrty for the community to CONNECT with each other.

  • SHARE knowledge with the community to create global change. 

  • Facilitate adoption for MORE cats and kittens looking for their furrever homes.

  • EDUCATE the community on best practice by experts in the field.

WHO DO WE SUPPORT? 

All proceeds are donated to Canadian shelters & organizations.

meowfest 2023 will take place on Sunday July 23rd 2023 in Toronto, ON at the Warehouse Venue, and Saturday August, 19th 2023 in Vancouver, BC at the Rocky Mountaineer Station.
